Returns
At Fruitista, we take great care in selecting, packing, and delivering only the freshest, premium-quality fruits to our customers. As our products are highly perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Please Note:
• Returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered and received.
• This policy ensures food safety, hygiene, and freshness for all our customers.
• We advise all customers to inspect the order at the time of delivery. If there is any issue, it must be reported immediately (see below for exceptions).
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
• Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
• Share photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Provide your order number and contact details
In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, such as a replacement or credit toward your next purchase.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos as proof. Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
• A replacement of the damaged items
• A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Conditions
• The issue must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received (for non-perishable items, if any).
• Refunds or replacements are not issued for personal taste preferences or delays caused by courier services.

Late or Missing Orders Policy – Fruitista
At Fruitista, we strive to deliver your fresh fruits on time, every time. However, delays or issues can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high demand, or courier delays.
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe:
• Please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Share your order number and contact details so we can investigate immediately.
• Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time.
Late Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the committed delivery time:
• We request your patience, as we prioritize product freshness and quality.
• You may contact our support team to get real-time updates on your order status.
• In cases of excessive delay (over 24 hours), we may offer a replacement or adjustment based on the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Important Notes
Fruitista is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
We deliver to selected cities/areas; orders outside our coverage may face additional delays or cancellation
